I recently photographed the amazing makeup artists of LunaBella Makeup Art. They were celebrating their 2 year wedding anniversary and commissioned me to photograph them amongst some of Santa Barbara's funky scenes and backdrops. Enjoy!

A few weeks ago I documented a fun, casual anniversary session in Ojai for Jodi and Jason. Jodi and Jason are true jet-setters for their consulting business, The Womack Company and they travel all over the world for their business! Jodi also hosts a women's networking event each month called No More Nylons...if you're in the area, be sure to check it out! :)

We started their session near their home in Ojai and then worked our way up onto a few beautiful trails...Zuma, their lab, came along...I'm sure Bear would've loved to meet her :)

Happy Tuesday! :)

I recently had the pleasure of photographing Rodger and Kathy in Arroyo Grande, which is a beautiful beach town nestled in the Central Coast of California. It was a gorgeous, buttery-golden afternoon and I just love these images :)

A few months ago I got in touch with Abbey....she and her husband, Eric, found out they were being relocated to chilly North Dakota and she wanted some fun shots on the beach to remember her time in California. Abbey asked if they could bring their dog and I was "OMGosh, yes, I LOVE dogs!" :)

Abbey and Eric were such a pleasure to shoot...they, too, are newlyweds (this past June!) and were so much fun to be around....not to mention Eric had some pretty awesome shot ideas himself!!
We ended up doing our shoot at Heart Memorial Beach---gorgeous!!!! Overlooking the beach and pier is the famous Hearst Castle.

Check out how high Delilah can jump!!!

Look at this ridiculous sized beehive that was on the pier...there is some sort of bee problem going on and you can actually get in trouble for destroying the beehive...I kid you not, this sucker was over a foot in diameter...yikes!!!!

Abbey and Eric: thanks so much for letting me document your last days in California...I hope your new move goes fantastically and maybe, maayyybe it won't be toooo cold in North Dakota by the time you get there!!! :)
Check back tomorrow for a slideshow of Abbey and Eric :)
*You may have noticed that I categorized their shoot in "Anniversary" Well, that's because I have started offering anniversary shoots in some of my package...and, sometimes it's fun to get updated photos of yourself or do an impromptu photo shoot to document your anniversary and I'm always up for that ;)
Happy Monday!!!
